We recommend consuming it within a few days. You can also freeze the VeganMozz but the texture will change to crumbles once thawed and perfect for baking that way!
What temp should I bake the moz at? We are making baked ziti!
For the VeganMozz to melt bake it at about 375-450F. To brown the VeganMozz place it under the broiler for about a minute (keeping a close eye on it)!
