are your items kosher?
Not yet but we will be working on getting kosher certification later this year once we've moved to our new facility.
Once the package is open, how long is it good for? Is there a certain number of days you should use it up once the package is open?
In general, and this is entirely dependent on conditions such as humidity, other items in the fridge, etc., most of our cheeses last from one to two weeks once opened. Our fresh cheeses (Double Cream Chive, Sundried Tomato, Garlic Herb, Mozzarella) tend to last around a week to 10 days, and our aged cheeses (Smoked Farmhouse, Sharp Farmhouse, Rustic Alpine) can last two weeks (or more if stored properly).
