Does this cheese freeze well?
You can certainly freeze the VeganMozz but the texture will change once thawed. The texture becomes crumbly which is actually perfect to crumble over pizza or in a lasagna! It will still melt, brown and taste delicious!
Is the cheese casein free?

We recommend consuming it within a few days. You can also freeze the VeganMozz but the texture will change to crumbles once thawed and perfect for baking that way!
What temp should I bake the moz at? We are making baked ziti!
For the VeganMozz to melt bake it at about 375-450F. To brown the VeganMozz place it under the broiler for about a minute (keeping a close eye on it)!
